I never received my cook book. I don’t know for what reason other than the seller said that they could not ship the item. The seller made no other offer.

I got the 2001 edition from COSTCO at a very good price and it is truly the best book I have so far. I have collected over 50 recipe books and many are disappointment. What so great about this book?
1) The outline of ingredients, time taken, nutritional value, Tips,pictures and servings are clear, simple and easy to follow. Each recipe fits in one page.
2) The recipes WORKS and even make it simpler. I have cooked some of these dishes with other recipes but this book make it easier. Haven’t you got many recipes that have great pictures and the result does not work? This one does, and it is the most important thing about a recipe.
3) Pictures are terrific, you see how it should look like and the process.
The only down size is it is very big but you got more recipes to work with. Your young teen children can even start with this book.
